Abstract
(EN) The object of the invention is a module for controlling a welding device, suitable for optimisation of the welding device, wherein, for controlling the operating point of the welding device graphically by means of such a set of graphs that comprises at least a graphic curve, formed by means of the relation between an x-variable and a y- variable, to be presented on a display screen as a synergistic characteristic curve characteristic of a selected welding event, the module, for setting of the operating point, contains at least one set -point adjuster in order to present said operating point and its deviation from said synergistic characteristic curve in connection with said set of graphs. Objects of the invention are also a welding device, a welding system, and a method, in which the module can be utilized. Objects of the invention are also a method for guiding the welder, and a welding method. The object of the invention is also a program product for implementing a method being an object of the invention and/or for controlling the functions of the module.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module de commande d'un dispositif de soudage, convenant pour l'optimisation du dispositif de soudage, caractérisé en ce que, pour régler le point de fonctionnement du dispositif de soudage graphiquement au moyen d'un ensemble de graphiques comprenant au moins une courbe graphique, formée au moyen de la relation entre une variable x et une variable y, à présenter sur un écran d'affichage sous la forme d'une courbe caractéristique synergique spécifique d'un événement de soudage choisi, le module, permettant de régler le point de fonctionnement, contient au moins un dispositif d'ajustement du point de réglage afin de présenter ledit point de fonctionnement et son écart par rapport à ladite courbe caractéristique synergique en liaison avec ledit ensemble de graphiques. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de soudage, un système de soudage et un procédé, dans lesquels le module peut être employé. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de guidage du soudeur et un procédé de soudage. L'invention concerne enfin un progiciel pour mettre en œuvre un procédé de l'invention et/ou pour commander les fonctions du module.
