(EN)The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rim using a composite material, including the following operations: providing a mould (1) comprising an outer circular groove (6) and wire return members (9, 11) on either side of said groove (6) comprising a return means (R9, R11) tending to separate said wires from the groove (6); winding the wires on the return members (9, 11) forming a zigzag pattern (12); winding the wires (14) over the zigzag pattern (12) in a circular pattern, in order to push a central region of said pattern (13) to the bottom of the groove (6) such as to form a central wall of the rim; inserting a core at least partially filling the groove (6) in said groove (6); inserting a material forming a die by pressurised injection between the groove (6) and the core.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une jante en matériau composite, comprenant les opérations de : - prévoir un moule (1) comportant une gorge circulaire externe (6) et des organes de renvoi (9, 11) de fil de part et d'autre de cette gorge (6) comportant des moyens de rappel (R9, R11) tendant à les éloigner de la gorge (6); - enrouler des fils en zigzag (12) sur les organes de renvoi (9, 11); - enrouler des fils (14) circulairement sur le motif en zigzag (12), pour ramener une région centrale de ce motif (13) au fond de la gorge (6) pour former une paroi centrale de la jante; - engager dans la gorge (6) un noyau comblant au moins partiellement cette gorge (6); - introduire un matériau formant matrice par injection sous pression entre la gorge (6) et le noyau.
