(EN)A process for producing high-strength corrugated base paper comprises the following five steps: (1) preparing a pulp;(2) kneading the pulp, in which the pulp concentration is ≥30%, the motor current of the kneader is controlled in the range from 18A to 22A, and the beating degree of the pulp is ≥18°SR; (3) beating and papermaking;(4) glue cooking; (5) double-side sizing. The process can realize the recycle of black liquor and resolve the problem that many materials such as wheat straw, cotton stalk, rice straw and the like are incapable of producing an A-grade high-strength corrugated base paper, and can conserve water resource and reduce environmental pollution.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de papier brut cannelé haute résistance comportant les cinq étapes suivantes: (1) préparation d'une pâte; (2) malaxage de la pâte dont la concentration est ≥ 30%, le courant du moteur du malaxeur étant commandé dans une plage allant de 18 A à 22 A, et le degré de raffinage en pile étant ≥ 18°SR; (3) raffinage en pile et production de papier; (4) cuisson de l'adhésif; et (5) dimensionnement recto-verso. Le procédé permet de recycler la liqueur résiduaire, de résoudre le problème dû à l'impossibilité de produire du papier brut cannelé haute résistance de qualité supérieure à partir de paille de blé, de tiges de coton, de paille de riz et similaires, et de préserver les ressources en eau et réduire l'impact environnemental.
