(EN)The present invention provides a quantum dot-based biomolecule sensor array capable of differentiating the strain of a variety of biological molecules including bacteria, spores, fungi, viruses, and disease-causing prions. The biosensor uses specific chemical functionalities that regulate the interactions between different chemical ligands and biological molecules.
