(EN)The present invention relates to a nano device in which one or more vertically grown nanostructures are formed on a carbon layer including graphene which has a honeycomb-shaped plane structure formed by interconnecting carbon atoms and which is constituted by a single layer, and single crystal graphite consisting of two or more layers. The nano device of the present invention provides an integrated circuit in which a variety of elements such as graphene-based electronic elements and optical elements are combined. The present invention provides a high-purity, high-quality nano device with fewer impurities, as it does not use a metal catalyst.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif de taille nanométrique dans lequel une ou plusieurs nanostructures à croissance verticale sont formées d'une couche de carbone comprenant du graphène qui possède une structure plane en forme de nid d'abeille formée par l'interconnexion d'atomes de carbone et qui est constituée d'une couche simple, et du graphite monocristallin consistant en deux couches ou plus. Le dispositif de taille nanométrique de la présente invention utilise un circuit intégré dans lequel une diversité d'éléments tels que des éléments électroniques à base de graphène et des éléments optiques sont combinés. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de taille nanométrique de haute pureté et haute qualité comportant peu d'impuretés du fait qu'il n'utilise pas de catalyseur métallique.
