(EN)Provided is a gelatinization agent for gelatinizing a liquid organic substance. The gelatinization agent contains a compound represented by general formula (1). In the formula, n and m each independently represent an integer from 2 to 18, R1 and R3 each independently represent a single bond or a branched or linear alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R2 represents a branched or linear alkylene group having 3 to 18 carbon atoms, and Z1 and Z2 each independently represent a phenylene group or a biphenylene group.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un agent de gélatinisation pour gélatiniser une substance organique liquide. L'agent de gélatinisation contient un composé représenté par la formule générale (1). Dans la formule, n et m représentent chacun indépendamment un entier de 2 à 18, R1 et R3 représentent chacun indépendamment une simple liaison ou un groupe alkylène linéaire ou ramifié ayant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, R2 représente un groupe alkylène ramifié ou linéaire ayant de 3 à 18 atomes de carbone, et Z1 et Z2 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe phénylène ou un groupe biphénylène.
