Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a pi junction SQUID having a new-type pi junction using a spin triplet superconductor and a spin singlet superconductor. The pi junction SQUID is composed of a superconducting loop having a pi junction of [spin singlet superconductor/spin triplet superconductor/spin singlet superconductor]. The pi junction SQUID is formed so as to have a substrate (2) composed of a single crystal of the spin triplet conductor and a loop layer (31) of the spin singlet superconductor formed on the surface of the substrate.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un SQUID à jonction pi ayant un nouveau type de jonction pi utilisant un supraconducteur de type triplet à effet de spin et un supraconducteur de type singulet à effet de spin. Le SQUID à jonction pi est composé d'une boucle supraconductrice ayant une jonction pi de [supraconducteur de type singulet à effet de spin/supraconducteur de type triplet à effet de spin/supraconducteur de type singulet à effet de spin]. Le SQUID à jonction pi est formé de sorte à avoir un substrat (2) composé d'un monocristal du conducteur de type triplet à effet de spin et d'une couche de boucle (31) du supraconducteur de type singulet à effet de spin formé sur la surface du substrat.
(JA)  スピン三重項超伝導体とスピン一重項超伝導体とを用いた新方式のパイ接合を有するパイ接合SQUIDを提供する。[スピン一重項超伝導体/スピン三重項超伝導体/スピン一重項超伝導体]のパイ接合を有する超伝導ループからなるパイ接合SQUIDである。このパイ接合SQUIDは、スピン三重項超伝導体の単結晶を用いた基板2と、当該基板の表面に形成されたスピン一重項超伝導体のループ層31と、を有して形成されている。
