(EN)Disclosed are a split stator and a manufacturing method therefor with which insulation reliability can be improved by preventing the occurrence of deformation or cracking in the insulator by eliminating slippage of the insulator at the coil end face. A slippage preventing mechanism that prevents slippage of the insulator is provided at the coil end face, and using insert molding, the insulator is integrally molded to a split stator core provided with the slippage preventing mechanism.
(FR)La présente invention se rapporte à un stator split et à un procédé pour sa fabrication. Selon l'invention, il est possible d'améliorer la fiabilité de l'isolation en prévenant l'apparition de déformation ou de fissure dans l'isolateur en éliminant le glissement de l'isolateur au niveau de la face d'extrémité de la bobine. Un mécanisme de prévention de glissement qui empêche le glissement de l'isolateur est fourni au niveau de la face d'extrémité de la bobine, et au moyen d'un moulage d'insert, l'isolant est intégralement moulé sur un noyau de stator split comprenant le mécanisme de prévention de glissement.
