(EN)A rotating electric machine comprises a rotor (110) and a stator (130).  The rotor comprises an annular rotor core (111) which has a plurality of rotor teeth (112) on the peripheral surface and rotor coils (113) attached to the rotor teeth (112), respectively, and which is formed rotatably.  The stator (130) is so disposed as to be opposed to the rotor.  The difference between the outermost diameter (R1) of the rotor core (111) and the outermost diameter (R2) of the rotor coils is 0-4% of the outermost diameter (R1) of the rotor core.
