(EN)The invention features diagnostic and therapeutic methods and compositions featuring Anti-TNF Induced Apoptosis (ATIA). AITA is useful as a diagnostic marker for cancer, in particular for glioblastoma. ATIA is also a therapeutic target in diseases such as cancer. The invention encompasses combination therapies where knockdown of ATIA is used in combination with other treatment. The invention also features kits for use in the diagnostic and therapeutic methods.
(FR)La présente invention concerne des méthodes diagnostiques et thérapeutiques ainsi que des compositions présentant une apoptose induite par des anti-TNF (ATIA).
