(EN)A method of preparing a supported gas separation membrane, comprising: preparing crystalline seeds from a synthesis mixture comprising an aluminum source, a phosphorous source, a silicon source, at least one organic templating agent and water; applying the seeds to a porous support to produce a seeded porous support; contacting the seeded porous support with a synthesis gel under hydrothermal synthesis conditions to produce a coated porous support; and calcining the coated porous support is described. A supported gas separation membrane made by this method is also described.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une membrane supportée pour la séparation de gaz, qui comprend : la préparation de germes cristallins à partir d'un mélange de synthèse comprenant une source d'aluminium, une source de phosphore, une source de silicium, au moins un agent de matrice organique et de l'eau ; l'application des germes sur un support poreux pour produire un support poreux ensemencé ; la mise en contact du support poreux ensemencé avec un gel de synthèse en conditions de synthèse hydrothermale pour produire un support poreux revêtu ; et la calcination du support poreux revêtu. Une membrane supportée pour la séparation de gaz fabriquée par ce procédé est également décrite.
