(EN)The present invention relates to a stem cell derived from cambium of family Gingkoaceae and to method for the isolated culturing thereof. The stem cell derived from cambium of family Gingkoaceae according to the present invention is advantageous as it is isolated at a non-differentiated state without passing through a dedifferentiation process and stably maintained without causing a variation in the cellular growth rate and growth pattern even during a long-term culture, thereby enabling a mass culture. In addition, the stem cell derived from cambium of family Gingkoaceae according to the present invention showed an antioxidant effect similar to or higher than that of existing synthetic antioxidants when the radical-scavenging activity for scavenging radicals generated by the treatment of an oxidant is measured, and thus can be valuably used as an excellent anti-inflammatory composition.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une cellule souche dérivée d'un cambium de la famille des Gingkoaceae et un procédé permettant de la cultiver de manière isolée. La cellule souche dérivée d'un cambium de la famille des Gingkoaceae selon la présente invention est avantageuse étant donnée qu'elle est isolée dans un état non différencié sans passer par un processus de dédifférenciation et maintenue de manière stable sans provoquer de variation de la vitesse de croissance cellulaire et du type de croissance même pendant une culture de longue durée, ce qui permet de réaliser une culture de masse. De plus, la cellule souche dérivée d'un cambium de la famille des Gingkoaceae selon la présente invention a présenté un effet antioxydant similaire ou supérieur à celui des antioxydants de synthèse existants lorsque l'activité d'élimination des radicaux pour éliminer les radicaux générés par le traitement d'un oxydant est mesurée et par conséquent peut être utilisée avec intérêt en tant qu'excellente composition antiinflammatoire.
(KO)본 발명은 은행나무과 (family Gingkoaceae)의 형성층 유래 줄기세포 및 그 분리방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 은행나무과의 형성층 유래 줄기세포는 탈분화과정없이 미분화상태로 분리되어 장기 배양시에도 세포생장률과 생장패턴에 변이 없이 안정적으로 유지되어 대량 배양이 가능하여 유용하다. 아울러, 본 발명에 따른 은행나무과의 형성층 유래 줄기세포는 산화제 처리에 의하여 발생하는 라디칼 소거능을 측정한 결과, 기존의 합성 항산화제와 유사하거나 더 높은 항산화효과를 가지는 것으로 나타난바, 우수한 항산화용 조성물로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
