(EN)The present invention relates to a fabrication method of an organic electroluminescence display device having a getter layer. The fabrication method comprises forming a getter layer on an encapsulated substrate by using a dry process. There is provided a device substrate that has a device array composed of a plurality of unit organic electroluminescence devices formed thereon. The device substrate and the encapsulated substrate are bonded together to form a module so that the getter layer faces the device array. Fluidity is given to the getter layer to cover the upper and side surfaces of the device array so that moisture resistance of the organic electroluminescence device can be markedly improved.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'affichage électroluminescent organique possédant une couche getter. Ce procédé de fabrication consiste à former une couche getter sur un substrat encapsulé au moyen d'un procédé par voie sèche. Un substrat de dispositifs est utilisé et comprend un ensemble de dispositifs composé d'une pluralité de dispositifs électroluminescents organiques unitaires formés sur ledit substrat. Le substrat de dispositifs et le substrat encapsulé sont liés l'un à l'autre pour former un module de façon que la couche getter soit orientée face à l'ensemble de dispositifs. La couche getter présente une fluidité pour recouvrir les surfaces supérieures et latérales de l'ensemble de dispositifs de façon que la résistance à l'humidité du dispositif électroluminescent organique soit notablement améliorée.
