(EN)The present invention relates to a heating panel employing phase changing materials (PCM) for a building, and its object is to manufacture a heating panel of an excellent pressure resistance and high heat storage density, which is configured to be heated through a heat transfer plate by impregnating PCM into a 3D porous body (textile fabric, porous plate, honeycomb panel, protruded plate in the form of a support, corrugated plate in the form of a support, sponge or the like), thereby using inexpensive energy and obtaining excellent environmental friendliness. To this end, the present invention comprises: a heat transfer plate, which has a plug connector and a socket connector formed on both ends for electrical inter-connection, thereby emitting heat by applied power; a 3D porous body, which has a size corresponding to the heat transfer plate and is arranged on the upper and lower surface of the heat transfer plate; polymeric PCM to be impregnated into the 3D porous body, the PCM changing into the gel phase by heating and storing heat in the course of heating while changing into the solid phase in the course of heat emitting; and a finish panel, which covers the exterior of the 3D porous body impregnated with the PCM on the upper and lower surfaces of the heat transfer plate, thereby enclosing the 3D porous body.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un panneau chauffant utilisant des matériaux à changement de phase destinés à un bâtiment. L'objet de cette invention est de fabriquer un panneau chauffant ayant une excellente résistance à la pression et une densité de stockage de la chaleur élevée, et étant conçu pour être chauffé par l'intermédiaire d'une plaque de transfert thermique par imprégnation de matériaux à changement de phase dans un corps poreux 3D (tissu textile, plaque poreuse, panneau en nid d'abeille, plaque en saillie sous la forme d'un support, plaque ondulée sous la forme d'un support, éponge ou autre), ce qui permet d'utiliser une énergie à moindre coût et d'avoir un excellent respect de l'environnement. À cet effet, la présente invention comprend : une plaque de transfert thermique qui comporte un connecteur à contact mâle et un connecteur à contact femelle formés aux deux extrémités en vue d'une interconnexion électrique, émettant ainsi de la chaleur par application de courant; un corps poreux 3D dont la taille correspond à celle de la plaque de transfert thermique et qui est disposé sur la surface supérieure et inférieure de ladite plaque; des matériaux polymères à changement de phase destinés à être imprégnés dans le corps poreux 3D et se transformant en phase gel par chauffage et stockage de la chaleur au cours du chauffage tout en se transformant en phase solide au cours de l'émission de chaleur; et un panneau de finition qui recouvre l'extérieur du corps poreux 3D imprégné des matériaux à changement de phase sur la surface supérieure et inférieure de la plaque de transfert thermique, entourant ainsi le corps poreux 3D.
(KO)본 발명은 상전이물질을 이용한 건축용 난방패널에 관한 것으로, 상전이물질(PCM : Phase Changing Materials)을 3차원 다공체(직물지, 다공질판, 허니컴 구조의 패널, 지지대 형태의 돌기판, 지지대 형태의 주름판 및 스펀지 등)에 함침시켜 전열판을 통해 가열시키는 구조의 난방패널을 제조함으로써 내압성이 우수한 높은 축열밀도를 통해 저렴한 에너지의 사용과 우수한 친환경성을 얻을 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 양측에 상호 전기적으로 연결시키기 위한 플러그단자와 소켓단자가 형성되어 전원의 인가에 의해 발열하는 전열판; 전열판에 대응하는 크기로 형성되어 전열판의 상·하부면 상에 배열되는 3차원 다공체; 3차원 다공체에 함침되어지되 가열에 의해 겔(Gel) 상으로 변화되는 과정에서 열을 축적하는 한편 축적한 열의 방출하는 과정에서 고상으로 변화하는 고분자의 상전이물질; 및 전열판의 상·하부면에 상전이물질이 함침된 3차원 다공체의 외부를 커버하여 내부를 밀폐시키는 마감패널을 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
