(EN)The present invention relates to a food additive composition containing water-soluble flaxseed oil in which foul odor and cyanide (-CN) toxicity are eliminated for manufacturing foods containing a large amount of omega-3 fatty acid which is prepared by mixing flaxseed oil and green tea extract in water and then heating and coating the mixture. The food additive composition containing water-soluble flaxseed oil in which foul odor and cyanide (-CN) toxicity are eliminated is used for manufacturing foods containing a large amount of omega-3 fatty acid which enhances the content of omega-3 fatty acids such as linoleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid, which are contained in the foods, and reduces cholesterol content by adding the composition to the foods.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une composition de type additif alimentaire contenant de l'huile de lin hydrosoluble désodorisée et détoxifiée par élimination du cyanure (-CN), utilisable pour la fabrication d'aliments contenant une grande quantité d'acides gras oméga-3. Ladite composition est préparée en mélangeant de l'huile de lin et de l'extrait de thé vert à de l'eau, puis en chauffant le mélange et en l'utilisant comme enrobage. Ladite composition de type additif alimentaire contenant de l'huile de lin hydrosoluble désodorisée et détoxifiée par élimination du cyanure (-CN) est utilisée pour la fabrication d'aliments contenant une grande quantité d'acides gras oméga-3, ce qui permet un renforcement de la teneur en acides gras oméga-3 comme l'acide linoléique, l'acide eicosapentaénoïque et l'acide docosahexaénoïque qui sont présents dans lesdits aliments, ainsi qu'une réduction de la teneur en cholestérol grâce à l'addition de ladite composition auxdits aliments.
