Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are particles for a display medium for use in an information display panel which includes two substrates, at least one of which is transparent, and a display medium having an optical reflectance and electrifiability and enclosed between the substrates and in which the display medium is electrified and thereby transferred to display an information image. The particles are configured of base particles and an external additive adhered to the surface thereof, wherein the external additive comprises first external-additive particles, which are smaller particles having an average particle diameter of 7-8 nm and formed so that 80 wt.% or more of all the particles are within the range of ±2 nm, and second external-additive particles, which are larger particles formed so that particles having a particle diameter of 10 nm or smaller account for 10 wt.% or less of all the particles.
(FR) L'invention concerne des particules pour support d'affichage utilisées dans un panneau destiné à l'affichage d'informations dans lequel un support d'affichage présentant une réflectance optique et une caractéristique d'électrisation est entouré de deux substrats dont au moins un est transparent, et dans lequel, par électrisation du support d'affichage, ce dernier est déplacé et les images d'informations affichées. Les particules sont constituées de particules de base à la surface desquelles ont fait adhérer des additifs externes. Ces additifs externes comprennent des premières particules d'additifs externes de petit diamètre particulaire, dont le diamètre particulaire moyen est compris entre 7 et 8 nm, et formées de façon qu'au moins 80% en poids de la totalité des particules est comprise dans la plage ± 2 nm à partir de la valeur moyenne, et des deuxièmes particules d'additifs externes de grand diamètre particulaire, dont le diamètre particulaire moyen est inférieure ou égal à 10 nm et qui représentent jusqu'à 10 % en poids du total des particules.
(JA)  少なくとも一方が透明な2枚の基板間に光学的反射率および帯電性を有する表示媒体を封入し、表示媒体に帯電を付与することによって、表示媒体を移動させて情報画像を表示する情報表示用パネルで使用される表示媒体用粒子において、粒子本体となる母粒子の表面に外添剤を付着させた形態であり、前記外添剤が、平均粒子径が7~8nmであり±2nmの間に全体の80wt%以上が入るように形成してある小粒径の第1の外添剤粒子と、粒子径が10nm以下のものが全体の10wt%以下に形成してある大粒径の第2の外添剤粒子とを含んでいる。
