Abstract:
(EN) This invention relates to a power unit for a lighting system. Said power unit includes a mains power input (2), output terminals (3a, 3b) and a power supply (5) for regulating a supply voltage (V1) of the power unit (1). The power unit further comprises a polarity detector (13), a voltmeter (11) for measuring a voltage (V2) at said output terminals (3a, 3b) and a current meter (12) for measuring a current (A) at said output terminals (3a, 3b). The power unit also comprises a control unit (7), wherein said control unit (7) is arranged to initiate a power up procedure delay of random length after the power unit (1) has been switched on and wherein said control unit (7) is arranged to process information from the voltmeter (11), the current meter (12) and the polarity detector (13), and to control a power output of the power unit (1) on basis of said information.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité d'alimentation pour un système d'éclairage. Ladite unité d'alimentation comprend une entrée de secteur électrique (2), des bornes de sortie (3a, 3b) et une alimentation électrique (5) pour réguler une tension d'alimentation (V1) de l'unité d'alimentation (1). L'unité d'alimentation comprend également un détecteur de polarité (13), un voltmètre (11) pour mesurer une tension (V2) auxdites bornes de sortie (3a, 3b) et un ampèremètre (12) pour mesurer un courant (A) auxdites bornes de sortie (3a, 3b). L'unité d'alimentation comprend également une unité de commande (7), ladite unité de commande (7) étant conçue pour initier un retard de procédure de mise sous tension de longueur aléatoire après que l'unité d'alimentation (1) a été commutée et étant également conçue pour traiter des informations en provenance du voltmètre (11), de l'ampèremètre (12) et du détecteur de polarité (13), et pour commander une sortie d'alimentation de l'unité d'alimentation (1) sur la base desdites informations.
