(EN)The invention relates to a method for preparing hollow particles, including: 1) spray-depositing, in particular in a fluidized air bed and onto a substrate that is partially soluble in a liquid medium M, a coating containing: 40 to 100 wt % of at least one compound that is insoluble in water having a pH of less than 5 and that comprises at least one polymer; and 60 to 0 % of at least one water-soluble compound; 2) extracting a portion of the substrate in the medium M; and 3) drying the particles obtained in step 2. The invention also relates to the resulting hollow particles and to the uses thereof, in particular in floating pharmaceutical compositions.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de particules creuses comprenant: 1/ le dépôt par pulvérisation, notamment en lit d'air fluidisé, sur un substrat partiellement soluble dans un milieu liquide M d'un enrobage composé de : 40 à 100% en poids d'au moins un composé insoluble dans l'eau à pH inférieur à 5, ledit composé insoluble dans l'eau à pH inférieur à 5 comprenant au moins un polymère, et; 60 à 0% d'au moins un composé soluble dans l'eau, 2/ l'extraction dans le milieu M d'une partie du substrat, et 3/ le séchage des particules obtenues à l'étape 2. Les particules creuses ainsi obtenues ainsi que leurs utilisations notamment dans des compositions pharmaceutiques flottantes.
