(FR) NOUVEAU PROCEDE POUR LA PYROGAZEIFICATION DE DECHETS ORGANIQUES
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a novel method for pyrogasification of organic waste. The inventive method uses a vertical furnace (1) filled with metal masses in the form of metal toroids (2), previously heated to a high temperature (500 to 1100 °C), and organic matter (3) to be pyrolysed. The method also involves a furnace (9) suitable for heating the toroids (2) conveyed by an Archimedes screw (18) driven by a gear motor (19), as well as a separator (11) for recovering the mineral residue (12), the toroids (2) and the residue (12) being separated using a screen (14) and an Archimedes screw (15) driven by a gear motor (16). The inventive method can be used for treating all products which contain organic matter, whether from biomass and thus considered renewable energy, or not from biomass.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé pour la pyrogazéification de déchets organiques. Le procédé selon l'invention utilise un four (1) vertical rempli de masses métalliques se présentant sous forme de tores métalliques (2) préalablement portés à haute température (500 à 1100 °C) et de matières organiques (3) à pyrolyser. Il utilise également un four (9) permettant le chauffage des tores (2) transportés par une vis d'Axchimède (18) actionnée par un motoréducteur (19), ainsi qu'un séparateur (11) permettant de récupérer les résidus minéraux (12), la séparation entre les tores (2) et les résidus (12) se faisant à l'aide d'un tamis (14) et d'une vis d'Archimède (15) actionnée par un motoréducteur (16). Application au traitement de tous les produits comprenant de la matière organique qu'ils soient issus de la biomasse et donc considérés comme énergie renouvelable, ou bien non issus de la biomasse.
