Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to the production of products intended for passive fire protection, combining constituents originating from mollusk shells with binders and water-absorbing additives, said constituents representing more than 40 wt.-%, on a dry basis, of the end product. The invention is essentially intended for the production of fire-resistant materials that can be used in a wide range of forms and for many purposes in the sector involved in the construction of buildings, ships and industrial facilities. These materials can be used in the form of facing, rough-rendering, gunite coating and panels, which can be flexible, rigid or semi-rigid. The invention is particularly suitable for use in dividers or partitioning systems that are resistant to fire, such as fire doors, walls, partitions, cladding panels and false ceilings and in the protection of metal structures using plates or a sprayed coating (guniting).
(FR) La présente invention concerne l'obtention de produits pour la protection passive contre le feu, par mélange de constituants issus de coquilles de mollusques avec des agglomérants et des additifs absorbant l'eau, la proportion desdits constituants représentant plus de 40 % en poids et base sèche du produit final. L'invention trouve une application essentiellement dans le domaine de l'obtention de matériaux résistant au feu à utiliser dans une plage étendue de formes et de fonctions dans le secteur de la construction de bâtiments, de navires et d'installations industrielles. Ces matériaux peuvent être utilisés sous forme de revêtements, crépis, gunitages et panneaux, qu'ils soient souples, rigides ou semi-rigides. Lesdits matériaux peuvent être utilisés sous forme de séparations ou de cloisons résistant au feu, telles que portes coupe-feu, cloisons, cloisonnettes mobiles, panneaux de remplissage et faux-plafonds, ainsi que dans la protection de structures métalliques, par l'intermédiaire de plaques ou d'un mélange projeté (gunitage).
(ES) Se refiere la presente invención a la obtención de productos para la protección pasiva contra el fuego, mezclando constituyentes procedentes de conchas de moluscos con aglomerantes y con aditivos absorbentes de agua, siendo la proporción de dichos constituyentes más del 40 % en peso y base seca, del producto final. La invención es aplicable fundamentalmente al ámbito de la obtención de materiales resistentes al fuego utilizables en un amplio espectro de formas y utilidades en el sector de la construcción de edificios, naves e instalaciones industriales. Estos materiales pueden utilizarse en forma de revestimientos, enfoscados, gunitados y paneles, sean estos flexibles, rígidos o semi-rígidos. Se puede destacar su uso en divisiones o compartimentaciones resistentes al fuego como puertas cortafuego, tabiques, mamparas, trasdosados, falsos techos y en la protección de estructuras metálicas, bien mediante placas o bien mediante proyectado (gunitado).
