Abstract:
(EN) Embodiments of the present invention provide a method of forming an electrical connection on a device. In one embodiment, the electrical connection is attached to the device via an adhesive having electrically conductive particles disposed therein. In one embodiment, the adhesive is cured while applying pressure such that the conductive particles align, have a reduced particle-to-particle spacing, or come into contact with each other to provide a more directly conductive (less resistive) path between the electrical connection and the device. In one embodiment of the present invention, a method for forming an electrical lead on a partially formed solar cell during formation of the solar cell device is provided. The method comprises placing a side-buss wire onto a pattern of electrically conductive adhesive disposed on a back contact layer of a solar cell device substrate, laminating the side-buss wire and electrically conductive adhesive between the solar cell device substrate and a back glass substrate to form a composite solar cell structure, and curing the electrically conductive adhesive while applying pressure and heat to the composite solar cell structure.
(FR) Selon des modes de réalisation, la présente invention porte sur un procédé de création d'une connexion électrique sur un dispositif. Dans un mode de réalisation, la connexion électrique est fixée au dispositif par un adhésif qui possède des particules électriquement conductrices disposées dans celui-ci. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'adhésif est durci tout en appliquant une pression de telle manière que les particules conductrices s'alignent, ont un espacement de particule à particule réduit, ou entrent en contact l'une avec l'autre pour créer un chemin plus directement conducteur (moins résistif) entre la connexion électrique et le dispositif. Dans encore un autre mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un procédé de création d'une sortie électrique sur une cellule solaire partiellement formée durant la fabrication du dispositif de cellule solaire est décrit. Le procédé consiste à placer un fil de bus latéral sur un motif d'adhésif électriquement conducteur agencé sur une couche de contact arrière d'un substrat de dispositif de cellule solaire, à stratifier le fil de bus latéral et l'adhésif électriquement conducteur entre le substrat de dispositif de cellule solaire et un substrat en verre arrière pour former une structure de cellule solaire composite, et à durcir l'adhésif électriquement conducteur tout en appliquant de la pression et de la chaleur à la structure de cellule solaire composite.
