Abstract:
(EN) A circlet is defined as a compact angle representation expressing, at a given pixel comprised in the first image, the direction of change of pixel intensity. A method of locating a feature of interest includes the steps of: acquiring a first image of a feature of interest to a user; generating a learned circlet image from the first image; saving one or more sets of learned circlets corresponding to one or more selected probes; acquiring a second image of the feature of interest; generating a target circlet image from the second image; and correlating the learned circlet image and the target circlet image.
(FR) L'invention concerne un cercle défini en tant que représentation d'angle compact exprimant, au niveau d'un pixel donné compris dans une première image, la direction de changement d'intensité du pixel. Un procédé de localisation de caractéristique d'intérêt consiste à : acquérir une première image de caractéristique d'intérêt d'utilisateur; générer une image de cercle étudié à partir de la première image; sauvegarder un ou plusieurs ensembles de cercles étudiés correspondant à une ou plusieurs sondes sélectionnées; acquérir une seconde image de caractéristique d'intérêt; générer une image de cercle cible à partir de la seconde image; et établir une corrélation entre l'image du cercle étudié et l'image du cercle cible.
