Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a heat-expansive and repeelable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which keeps a high dry bond strength in a joined state, regardless of whether the surface of an adherend is even or uneven, and shows a lowering in the bond strength upon heating for disjoining or disjointing the bonded area to thereby facilitate the disjoining or disjointing, characterized in that the disjoining or disjointing can be easily carried out even after storing at a high temperature over a long period of time. A heat-expansive and repeelable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet comprising a viscoelastic body containing air bubbles and microparticles mixed together and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a heat-expansion agent which is formed at least on one surface of said viscoelastic body, characterized in that the heat-expansion agent comprises heat-expansive microspheres and the glass transition temperature of the shell material of the microspheres is 92oC or higher.
(FR) L'invention concerne un ruban adhésif sensible à la pression acrylique, pouvant s'expanser à la chaleur et repelable, qui maintient une force de liaison sèche élevée dans un état assemblé, indépendamment du fait que la surface d'une partie adhérée soit régulière ou irrégulière, et présente un abaissement de la résistance de liaison lors du chauffage pour disjoindre ou désassembler la zone liée, permettant ainsi de faciliter le désassemblage ou la séparation, caractérisé par le fait que la séparation ou le désassemblage peut être facilement effectué même après stockage à une température élevée sur une longue période de temps. L'invention porte sur un ruban adhésif ou une feuille adhésive sensible à la pression acrylique expansible à la chaleur et repelable, comprenant un corps viscoélastique contenant des bulles d'air et des microparticules mélangées ensemble et une couche adhésive sensible à la pression contenant un agent d'expansion thermique qui est formé au moins sur une surface dudit corps viscoélastique, caractérisé par le fait que l'agent d'expansion thermique comprend des microsphères expansibles à la chaleur et la température de transition vitreuse de la matière de coquille des microsphères est de 92°C ou plus.
