Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a novel promoter which is useful for changing the flower color of a plant, namely, a nucleic acid selected from the group consisting of: (1) a nucleic acid comprising the base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1; (2) a nucleic acid which is capable of functioning as the transcription regulatory region of Perilla frutescens var. crispa anthocyanin 3-acyltransferase and comprises a base sequence derived from the base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 by the addition, deletion and/or substitution of one to several base sequences; (3) a nucleic acid which is capable of functioning as the transcription regulatory region of P. frutescens var. crispa anthocyanin 3-acyltransferase and hybridizable, under highly stringent conditions, with a nucleic acid comprising a base sequence that is complementary to the base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1; and (4) a nucleic acid which is capable of functioning as the transcription regulatory region of P. frutescens var. crispa anthocyanin 3-acyltransferase and has at least 90% sequential homology with the base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un nouveau promoteur qui est utile pour changer la couleur des fleurs d'une plante, c'est-à-dire un acide nucléique choisi dans le groupe constitué par : (1) un acide nucléique comprenant la séquence de base représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1; (2) un acide nucléique qui est capable de fonctionner en tant que région régulatrice de la transcription de l'anthocyanine 3-acyltransférase de Perilla frutescens var. crispa et comprend une séquence de base issue de la séquence de base représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1 par l'addition, la délétion et/ou la substitution d'une à plusieurs séquences de base; (3) un acide nucléique est capable de fonctionner en tant que région régulatrice de la transcription de l'anthocyanine 3-acyltransférase de P. frutescens var. crispa et pouvant être hybridé, dans des conditions très rigoureuses, à un acide nucléique comprenant une séquence de base qui est complémentaire à la séquence de base représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1; et (4) un acide nucléique qui est capable de fonctionner en tant que région régulatrice de la transcription de l'anthocyanine 3-acyltransférase de P. frutescens var. crispa et a au moins 90 % d'homologie de séquence avec la séquence de base représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1
