Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a solid-state imaging element provided with a two-dimensional array of light receptors, and color filters having light-absorption properties arranged respectively on top of the light receptors. The color filters include: Z filters (113), the transmission center wavelengths of which are in the blue region; Y filters (112), the transmission center wavelengths of which are in the green region; and X filters (111), which have first transmission bands with transmission center wavelengths in the red region and second transmission bands with transmission center wavelengths in the blue region. The X filters (111) include X2 filters (115) having the first transmission bands and X1 filters (114) having the second transmission bands. The X2 filters (115) are disposed on top of the corresponding light receptors, and the X1 filters (114) are disposed on top of the corresponding light receptors and in the same plane as the X2 filters (115).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément imageur à semi-conducteurs comportant un réseau bidimensionnel de photorécepteurs, et des filtres de couleurs caractérisés par leurs propriétés d'absorption de la lumière et disposés les uns et les autres au-dessus des photorécepteurs. Les filtres de couleurs sont essentiellement des filtres Z (113) dont les longueurs d'ondes centrales de transmission se trouvent dans la zone du bleu, des filtres Y (112) dont les longueurs d'ondes centrales de transmission se trouvent dans la zone du vert, et des filtres X (111) présentant des premières bandes d'émission dont les longueurs d'ondes centrales de transmission se trouvent dans la zone du rouge, et des secondes bandes de transmission dont les longueurs d'ondes centrales de transmission se trouvent dans la zone du bleu. Les filtres X (111) sont constitués de filtres X2 (115) comportant les premières bandes de transmission et de filtres X1 (114) comportant les secondes bandes de transmission. Les filtres X2 (115) sont disposés au-dessus des photorécepteurs correspondants, et les filtres X1 (114) sont disposés au-dessus des photorécepteurs correspondants, dans le même plan que les filtres X2 (115).
