(FR) DISPOSITIF D'ÉVACUATION DE MÉLANGE
Abstract:
(EN) A mixing discharge device including: a mixing chamber (1) where liquids containing a raw material, at least one of which further contains a blowing agent, are mixed under pressure; a tapered path (3) communicating with the chamber and having an inner peripheral surface where the cross section decreases in a downstream direction; a tapered piston (2) inserted into the path and having an outer peripheral surface corresponding to the inner peripheral surface; an actuator retracting the piston from a position where the inner and outer peripheral surfaces are in contact with each other to form a specific gap; a buffer path (5) communicating with the tapered path; and a discharge port (4) for ultimately discharging the mixture. The buffer path has a configuration alleviating expansion of the mixture. The actuator controls the retraction amount of the piston to vary the width D of the gap and thereby adjusts the pressure that the chamber maintains and the degree to which the pressure of the mixture is reduced in the tapered path.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'évacuation de mélange comportant : une chambre de mélange (1) dans laquelle des liquides contenant une matière brute, dont au moins l'un contient un agent de gonflement, sont mélangés sous pression ; un trajet biseauté (3) communiquant avec la chambre et présentant une surface périphérique intérieure dans laquelle la section transversale diminue dans une direction aval ; un piston biseauté (2) inséré à l'intérieur du trajet et présentant une surface périphérique extérieure correspondant à la surface périphérique intérieure ; un actionneur rétractant le piston d'une position dans laquelle les surfaces périphériques intérieure et extérieure sont en contact les unes avec les autres pour former un espace spécifique ; un trajet tampon (5) communiquant avec le trajet biseauté ; et un orifice d'évacuation (4) destiné à évacuer définitivement le mélange. Le trajet tampon présente une configuration réduisant l'expansion du mélange. L'actionneur commande la quantité de rétraction du piston pour modifier la largeur D de l'espace et règle de ce fait la pression que la chambre conserve et le degré auquel la pression du mélange est réduite dans le trajet biseauté.
