Abstract:
(EN) A surge absorbing element has a first electrode, a second electrode and a ceramic layer. The second electrode is provided to face the first electrode. The ceramic layer has a polycrystalline structure composed of a plurality of crystalline particles exhibiting nonlinear voltage characteristics, and at least a part of the ceramic layer is in contact with the first electrode and the second electrode. The ceramic layer has voids therein, and the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected to each other by having electrical discharge exhibited on the exposed surfaces of the crystalline particles in the voids.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un élément absorbant une surintensité comprenant une première électrode, une seconde électrode et une couche céramique. La seconde électrode est disposée face à la première électrode. La couche céramique a une structure polycristalline composée d'une pluralité de particules cristallines présentant des caractéristiques de tension non linéaires, et au moins une partie de la couche céramique est en contact avec la première électrode et la seconde électrode. La couche céramique comporte des vides, et la première électrode et la seconde électrode sont connectées électriquement l'une à l'autre avec une décharge électrique se manifestant sur les surfaces exposées des particules cristallines dans les vides.
(JA)  サージ吸収素子は、第1電極と、第2電極と、セラミック層とを有する。第2電極は第1電極に対向して設けられている。セラミック層は電圧非直線性特性を示す複数の結晶粒子で構成された多結晶体組織を有し、少なくとも一部が第1電極と第2電極に接している。セラミック層は内部に空隙を有し、この空隙における複数の結晶粒子の表出表面で表面放電を発現することで、第1電極と第2電極との間が通電される。
