Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus for providing heating and/or refrigeration effect and a method thereof are disclosed, which provide simultaneous heating and refrigeration, only heating or only refrigeration, using a double-effect vapor absorption cycle or a single-effect vapor absorption cycle. The method comprises providing a heat input to an absorbent in a generator to obtain a concentrated absorbent which is fed to a set of absorbers which are located in co-operation with a set of evaporators provided with a condensed refrigerant, to obtain heating and/or refrigeration effect. The heat/energy used during the process is recovered by a plurality of heat exchangers such that the wastage of energy and utilities is minimized. It substantially reduces the CO2 emissions, thus is eco-friendly.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil destiné à produire un effet de chauffage et/ou de réfrigération et un procédé qui permet de chauffer et de réfrigérer simultanément, de chauffer uniquement ou de réfrigérer uniquement, au moyen d'un cycle d'absorption de vapeur à double effet ou d'un cycle d'absorption de vapeur à simple effet. Le procédé de l'invention consiste à fournir une source de chaleur à un absorbant dans un générateur afin d'obtenir un absorbant concentré qui alimente un ensemble d'absorbeurs qui sont disposés pour coopérer avec un ensemble d'évaporateurs alimentés avec un frigorigène condensé, pour produire un effet de chauffage et/ou de réfrigération. La chaleur / l'énergie utilisée lors de la mise en oeuvre du procédé sont récupérées par une pluralité d'échangeurs de chaleur de telle sorte que le gaspillage d'énergie, d'hydrocarbures et de fluides est minimisé. La présente invention permet de réduire sensiblement les émissions de CO2, et s'avère ainsi écologique.
