Abstract:
A method for handover control is provided by the embodiment of the present invention, which includes that an access mode and a Closed Subscriber Group Identity (CSG ID) of a target cellular are obtained. If the access mode of the target cellular is Hybrid Access Mode, then the user equipment is allowed to handover to the target cellular. Or if the access mode of the target cellular is Closed Access Mode, then it is determined whether the CSG ID of the target cellular is included in the Allowed CSG List of the user equipment, if the CSG ID of the target cellular is included in the Allowed CSG List of the user equipment, then the user equipment is allowed to handover to the target cellular. Or if the CSG ID of the target cellular is not included in the Allowed CSG List of the user equipment, then the access mode of the target cellular is determined, if the access mode of the target cellular is Hybrid Access Mode, then the user equipment is allowed to handover to the target cellular. Or if the Allowed CSG List of the user equipment does not exist, then the access mode of the target cellular is determined, if the access mode of the target cellular is Hybrid Access Mode, then the user equipment is allowed to handover to the target cellular. The implementation of the method for handover control could ensure that the user equipment handover to the target cellular allowing the user equipment to access, therefore ensuring the service continuity of the user equipment. A device and a system for handover control are also provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
