Abstract:
(EN) A rape heat shock protein gene HSP17.8 and uses thereof are provided. Also provided are nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence of the gene, gene sequences which have at least 70% homology with the DNA sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:1 in other crops, and mutant alleles or derivatives thereof produced by adding, substituting, inserting or deleting one or more nucleotides. At the same time, it is proved that over expression of the heat shock protein strengthens the heat-tolerances of arabidopsis thaliana at high temperature by means of model plant, namely the arabidopsis thaliana, through transgenic technology, increases the yield of seeds at high temperature, and improves the yield of the arabidopsis thaliana under high temperature stress, so the heat shock protein gene has good application prospect in heat-tolerance breeding of crops.
(FR) L'invention porte sur le gène HSP17.8 de protéine de choc thermique du colza et sur ses utilisations. L'invention porte également sur une séquence nucléotidique et une séquence d'acides aminés du gène, sur des séquences géniques qui présentent au moins 70 % d'homologie avec la séquence d'ADN telle que présentée dans SEQ ID NO : 1 dans d'autres cultures, et sur des allèles mutantes ou des dérivés correspondants produits par l'addition, la substitution, l'insertion ou la délétion d'un ou plusieurs nucléotides. En même temps, il est prouvé qu'une surexpression de la protéine de choc thermique renforce la tolérance à la chaleur d'aradopsis thaliana à température élevée au moyen d'une plante modèle, c'est-à-dire aradopsis thaliana, par une technologie transgénique, augmente le rendement des semences à température élevée, et améliore le rendement d'aradopsis thaliana en présence d'un stress de température élevée, de telle sorte que le gène de protéine de choc thermique présente de bonne perspectives d'application dans la sélection de cultures à une tolérance thermique.
