(EN)Methods are provided for, inter alia, determining the presence of leukemia cells in a subject, determining the change or potential change in the number of leukemia cells in the subject with time, determining whether a tissue in a subject contains a plurality of leukemia cells or a plurality progenitor leukemia cells, and determining whether a leukemia therapy administered to a subject is capable of decreasing the number of leukemia cells in a tissue of the subject.
