Abstract:
(EN) Extracellular matrix bioscaffolds capable of supporting the formation and growth of tumors from tumor cells introduced thereto containing tumor associated macrophages and carcinoma-associated fibroblast-like cells cultured under conditions effective to provide a cellular matrix capable of supporting the formation and growth of tumors from tumor cells introduced to the matrix. Bioscaffold kits and methods for using the bioscaffolds for testing, identifying and development of known or novel anticancer therapeutics are also disclosed.
(FR) L'invention porte sur des échafaudages biologiques de matrices extracellulaires capables de supporter la formation et la croissance de tumeurs à partir de cellules tumorales, introduites dans celui-ci, contenant des macrophages associés à une tumeur et des cellules de type fibroblaste associé à un carcinome, cultivées dans des conditions efficaces pour fournir une matrice cellulaire capable de supporter la formation et la croissance de tumeurs à partir de cellules tumorales introduites dans la matrice. L'invention concerne également des kits d'échafaudage biologiques et des procédés pour utiliser les échafaudages biologiques pour tester, identifier et développer des agents thérapeutiques anticancéreux connus ou nouveaux.
