(EN)The present invention relates to a passage cap bonding method of a boiler heat exchanger capable of preventing the transformation of a product caused by heat that is generated while a passage cap is welded with a body housing of the heat exchanger, and improving the performance and quality of the heat exchanger because a firm bonding process is performed. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a passage cap bonding method of a heat exchanger that is arranged inside a boiler. The method comprises a step of forming a passage by butt-welding the passage cap on one lateral side of the body housing made of a stainless material which constitutes the heat exchanger, wherein the body housing and the passage cap are bonded together by deeply and narrowly forming welding beads through laser welding.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de liaison de capuchon de passage d'un échangeur de chaleur de chaudière permettant d'éviter la transformation d'un produit provoquée par de la chaleur générée pendant qu'un capuchon de passage est soudé avec un logement de corps de l'échangeur de chaleur, et d'améliorer la performance et la qualité de l'échangeur de chaleur grâce à un processus de liaison solide. Ainsi, l'objet de l'invention est d'obtenir un procédé de liaison de capuchon de passage d'un échangeur de chaleur qui est logé à l'intérieur d'une chaudière. Ce procédé comprend une étape consistant à former un passage par soudage bout à bout du capuchon de passage sur un côté latéral du logement de corps constitué d'une matière inoxydable qui constitue l'échangeur de chaleur, le logement de corps et le capuchon de passage étant liés ensemble par formation profonde et étroite de billes de soudage par soudage laser.
(KO)본 발명은 열교환기의 본체하우징에 유로캡을 용접하는 과정에서 발생하는 열에 대한 제품의 변형을 막을 수 있으며, 견고한 접합이 가능하여 열교환기의 품질 및 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 보일러 열교환기의 유로캡 접합방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은 보일러 내부에 구비되는 열교환기의 유로캡 접합방법에 있어서, 상기 열교환기를 구성하는 스테인리스 재질의 본체하우징 일측면에 유로캡을 맞댐 용접하여 유로를 형성하되 상기 본체하우징과 유로캡은 레이저 용접을 통해 용접비드가 좁고 깊게 형성되어 접합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
