(EN)The present invention relates to an angular pipe such as a triangular pipe, a tetragonal pipe or the like, having a plurality of reinforcement grooves formed in the lengthwise direction, and to a method for manufacturing the angular pipe. Conventional methods involve forming an angular pipe by applying force to the outside of a pipe molded into an annular shape. However, each corner of the angular pipe formed by the conventional methods is formed into a round shape instead of an angular shape, which leads to a formation of a space between pipes adjacently arranged during butt welding or the like. This makes welding hard and time-consuming work, and entails an increased amount of welding rods and increased costs. To solve these problems, the angular pipe of the present invention is characterized in that steel plates are bent into an angular shape, both ends of the bent steel plates are abutted against each other and welded, and at least one surface of the pipe has a plurality of reinforcement grooves formed in the lengthwise direction. The method for manufacturing the angular pipe comprises forming a plurality of reinforcement grooves on flat steel plates, folding each corner of the steel plates with the reinforcement grooves into an angular shape, and butt welding the ends of the bent steel plates to manufacture an angular pipe. According to the present invention, an angular pipe with a dramatically enhanced outer appearance and increased strength, such as bending strength, compression strength, torsional strength and the like, is obtained. The angular pipe of the present invention has an elegant outer appearance and improved adhesive properties to enable paint, cement or the like to be easily adhered thereto. The angular pipe of the present invention enables easy manufacture, increases productivity, and as a result significantly reduces cost, and enables easy welding and stacking.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un tuyau angulaire tel qu'un tuyau triangulaire, un tuyau tétragonal ou analogue, présentant une pluralité de rainures de renfort formées dans le sens de la longueur, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication du tuyau angulaire. Les procédés classiques consistent à former un tuyau angulaire par application d'une force sur l'extérieur d'un tuyau moulé en une forme annulaire. Cependant, chaque angle du tuyau angulaire formé selon les procédés classiques présente une forme arrondie à la place d'une forme angulaire, ce qui conduit à une formation d'un espace entre des tuyaux placés de manière adjacente pendant le soudage bout à bout ou analogue. Cela fait que le soudage est une tâche difficile et qui prend beaucoup de temps, et cela entraîne une quantité accrue de baguettes de soudage et des coûts accrus. Le tuyau angulaire de la présente invention présente un aspect extérieur élégant et des propriétés adhésives améliorées pour permettre à la peinture, au ciment ou analogue d'adhérer aisément dessus. Le tuyau angulaire de la présente invention permet la fabrication aisée, augmente la productivité et par conséquent réduit significativement les coûts et permet un soudage et un empilage aisés.
(KO)본 발명은 길이 방향으로 복수 개의 보강용 홈이 형성된 삼각, 사각 등의 각형 파이프 및 이를 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 원형으로 성형된 파이프의 외측에서 외력을 가하여 각형 파이프로 성형하였으나 이는 각 모서리가 직각을 이루지 못하고 라운드를 형성함으로써 맞대기 용접 등을 할 때 서로 인접하는 파이프의 사이에 공간이 형성되고, 이에 따라 용접 작업이 어렵고 많은 시간이 소요될 뿐만 아니라 용접봉의 사용량이 많게 되어 코스트를 상승시키는 등의 문제점들이 있는데 이를 해결하기 위하여, 각형으로 절곡된 강판의 양 선단이 맞대어 용접되고, 파이프를 구성하는 면의 적어도 한 면 이상에는 길이방향으로 복수 개의 보강용 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 파이프 및 평판 모양 강판에 길이 방향으로 복수 개의 보강용 홈을 성형하고, 상기 보강용 홈이 성형된 강판의 각 모서리를 각형으로 접고, 절곡된 강판의 선단을 맞대어 용접하여 각형 파이프를 제조하는 각형 파이프의 제조방법을 제공한다. 따라서 외관이 매우 미려하고, 굽힘 강도, 압축 강도, 비틀림 강도 등의 강도가 증대되며 외관이 고급스러우며, 페인트 등의 도료나 시멘트 등에 시공할 때 접착성이 향상되며, 또한 파이프의 제조가 용이하고 생산성이 증대되며 이로 인하여 코스트가 현저하게 절감되고, 용접이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 적층 등의 작업이 편리하게 된다.
