(EN)Provided is a polysaccharide derivative resulting from substituting some of the carboxyl groups in a carboxy polysaccharide with –NH–X–CO–Y–Z. Also provided is a hydrogel thereof. Here, X represents a C1–10 hydrocarbon group, Y represents a polyalkylene oxide having oxygen atoms at both ends, Z represents a C1–24 hydrocarbon group or –CO–R2, and R2 represents a C1–23 hydrocarbon group. The aforementioned hydrogel has excellent viscoelasticity and can be injected into a prescribed location using a syringe or other injection instrument, and thus can be used as a medical gel or adhesion prevention material.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dérivé de polysaccharide résultant de la substitution des groupes carboxyle dans un carboxy-polysaccharide par –NH–X–CO–Y–Z. La présente invention concerne en outre un hydrogel de celui-ci. Ici, X représente un groupe hydrocarboné en C1–10, Y représente un oxyde de polyalkylène ayant des atomes d'oxygène aux deux extrémités, Z représente un groupe hydrocarboné en C1–24 ou –CO–R2, et R2 représente un groupe hydrocarboné en C1–23. L'hydrogel mentionné ci-dessus a une excellente viscoélasticité et peut être injecté à un emplacement prescrit en utilisant une seringue ou un autre instrument d'injection, et peut ainsi être utilisé en tant que gel médical ou matériau de prévention d'adhésion.
