Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an ion-exchange membrane comprising an ion-exchange layer, which comprises a cationic polymer and/or an anionic polymer, and a support layer, characterized in that said ion-exchange layer is formed on the support layer by printing. This ion-exchange membrane is highly tolerant to organic stains, has a low membrane resistance and enables efficient and stable performance of electrodialysis over a long period of time. By using a charge-mosaic layer, which comprises a domain of said cationic polymer and a domain of said anionic polymer, as the ion-exchange layer, a charge-mosaic membrane having a highly selective electrolyte-permeability and a high mechanical strength can be obtained.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet une membrane échangeuse d'ions comprenant une couche échangeuse d'ions, qui comprend un polymère cationique et/ou un polymère anionique, et une couche de support. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que ladite couche échangeuse d'ions est formée sur la couche de support par impression. Cette membrane échangeuse d'ions est hautement tolérante vis-à-vis des taches organiques, présente une faible résistance membranaire et permet une performance efficace et stable d'électrodialyse sur une longue période de temps. Par l'utilisation d'une couche mosaïque de charge, qui comprend un domaine dudit polymère cationique et un domaine dudit polymère anionique, en tant que couche échangeuse d'ions, une membrane mosaïque de charge ayant une perméabilité aux électrolytes hautement sélective et une résistance mécanique élevée peut être obtenue.
(JA)  カチオン性重合体および/またはアニオン性重合体からなるイオン交換層と支持層とを有するイオン交換膜であって、該イオン交換層が印刷によって支持層上に形成されていることを特徴とするイオン交換膜とする。このようなイオン交換膜は耐有機汚染性に優れ、かつ膜抵抗が小さく、長期間にわたって効率よく、安定に電気透析を行うことができる。また、イオン交換層を、前記カチオン性重合体のドメインと前記アニオン性重合体のドメインとから構成されるモザイク荷電層とすることにより、電解質選択透過性および機械的強度に優れたモザイク荷電膜を得ることができる。
