Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an eyeground observation device enabling acquisition of an OCT image with a high accuracy even if the eye to be examined moves or blinks during scan. The eyeground observation device (1) has a function of forming a tomogram and a three-dimensional image of the eyeground (Ef) during scanning with a signal light (LS) and a function of forming a moving image (observation image K) of the eyeground (Ef) during OCT measurement. The eyeground observation device (1) comprises an x-correcting unit (231) and a y-correcting unit (232) both for correcting the position in the direction of the eyeground surface of the three-dimensional image on the basis of the observation image (K) and a z-correcting unit (233) for correcting the position in direction of the eyeground depth of the three-dimensional image on the basis of a tomogram (Gi) of the eyeground (Ef) formed from the result of detection of the interference light (LC) of separately-swept signal light (LS) and reference light (LR).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'observation de fond de l'œil permettant l'acquisition d'une image OCT avec une précision élevée même si l'œil devant être examiné bouge ou cligne pendant le balayage. Le dispositif d'observation de fond de l'œil (1) possède une fonction de formation d'un tomogramme et d'une image tridimensionnelle du fond de l'œil (Ef) durant un balayage par une lumière signal (LS) et la fonction de formation d'une image de déplacement (image d'observation K) de fond de l'œil (Ef) durant la mesure OCT. Le dispositif d'observation de fond de l'œil (1) comprend une unité de correction en x (231) et une unité de correction en y (232), les deux pour corriger la position dans la direction de la surface de fond de l'œil de l'image tridimensionnelle sur la base de l'image d'observation (K), et une unité de correction en z (233) pour corriger la position dans la direction de la profondeur du fond de l'œil de l'image tridimensionnelle sur la base d'un tomogramme (Gi) du fond de l'œil (Ef) formé à partir du résultat de détection de la lumière d'interférence (LC) de la lumière signal (LS) et de la lumière de référence (LR) balayées séparément.
(JA)  スキャン中に被検眼の移動や瞬きが発生した場合であっても高確度なOCT画像を取得可能な眼底観察装置を提供する。眼底観察装置1は、信号光LSの走査しつつ眼底Efの断層像及び3次元画像を形成する機能と、OCT計測中における眼底Efの動画像(観察画像K)を形成する機能とを有する。更に、眼底観察装置1は、観察画像Kに基づいて、3次元画像の眼底表面方向における位置を補正するx補正部231及びy補正部232と、別途に走査された信号光LSと参照光LRとの干渉光LCの検出結果に基づく眼底Efの断層像Giに基づいて、3次元画像の眼底深度方向における位置を補正するz補正部233とを有する。
