(EN) Provided are a valve block and a valve block unit, which can realize simplification of a piping structure and reduction in size thereof. The valve block (350) comprises at least one passage switching means (22) including a valve member (304a) capable of selectively switching a fluid (a heating medium) conduction, a first pipe (a to-heater main pipe (308)) and a second pipe (or a to-cooler main pipe (307)) for conducting the fluid switched by the passage switching means (22), and a third pipe (a first branch pipe (3)) for communicating selectively with the first pipe or the second pipe.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un distributeur et sur une unité de distributeur qui peuvent permettre d'obtenir une simplification d'une structure de tuyauterie et une réduction des dimensions de celle-ci. Le distributeur (350) comporte au moins un moyen de commutation de passage (22) comprenant un élément soupape (304a) capable de commuter de façon sélective une conduction de fluide (un milieu chauffant), un premier tuyau (un tuyau principal vers l'élément chauffant (308)) et un second tuyau (ou tuyau principal vers le refroidisseur (307)) pour conduire le fluide commuté par le moyen de commutation de passage (22), et un troisième tuyau (un premier tuyau de ramification (3)) pour établir de façon sélective une communication avec le premier tuyau ou le deuxième tuyau.
