Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene wherein the quantity of grafted maleic anhydride is 1.8-2.5 mass% and the melt flow rate (MFR) is greater than 500 g/10 minutes and no more than 800 g/10 minutes, and a filler-reinforced polyolefin resin composition which contains said maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene and has raised mechanical strength and durability due to improved interfacial adhesion with the filler. Said maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene offers the effects that even when added in a small quantity the maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene has a considerable effect in improving polyolefins containing a filler, and there is little soiling with volatile organic constituents.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un polypropylène modifié par anhydride maléique, la quantité d'anhydride maléique greffé étant de 1,8 à 2,5 % en masse et l'indice de fusion (MFR) étant supérieur à 500 g/10 minutes, mais non supérieur à 800 g/10 minutes, et sur une composition de résine de polyoléfine renforcée par une charge qui contient ledit polypropylène modifié par anhydride maléique et qui présente une plus grande résistance mécanique et une meilleure durabilité en raison de l'adhésion interfaciale améliorée avec la charge. Même ajouté en petite quantité, ledit polypropylène modifié par anhydride maléique offre des avantages car le polypropylène modifié par anhydride maléique a un effet très important dans l'amélioration des polyoléfines contenant une charge, et il y a peu de salissure par des constituants organiques volatils.
(JA)  本発明は無水マレイン酸のグラフト量が1.8~2.5質量%で、かつメルトフローレート(MFR)が500g/10分より大きく、800g/10分以下である無水マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレン及び該無水マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレンを配合した、充填剤との界面接着性の改善による機械的強度および耐久性の向上した充填剤強化ポリオレフィン系樹脂組成物に関するものであり、該無水マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレンの添加量が少なくても充填剤含有ポリオレフィンの改質効果が高く、揮発性有機成分での汚染も少ないという効果を有する。
