The invention achieves an increase in the net electric power supplied to the mains network by solar thermal power stations with cylindrical parabolic collectors, by making efficient use of the solar field, generating steam to drive the main auxiliaries by steam turbines (turbo pumps), reducing the electricity consumption of the auxiliary services and increasing the net electric power. On days when the solar radiation is greater than that for which the system was designed, part of the solar field will not be used because the generator and the turbine would exceed the power level assigned to them. The proposed system uses the unused portion of the solar field to generate steam to drive the main auxiliaries of the power station, energy that would otherwise not be utilized. In addition, the pumps of auxiliary services are driven more efficiently overall when use is made of steam to drive the pumps via a turbo pump instead of driving them with electric motors (motor pumps).

La invención permite incrementar la potencia eléctrica neta suministrada a la red por centrales termosolares del tipo colector cilindro parabólico, al utilizar de forma eficiente el campo solar, generando vapor para accionar los principales auxiliares mediante turbinas de vapor (turbobombas), disminuyendo el consumo eléctrico de los servicios auxiliares y aumentando la potencia eléctrica neta. Los días que la radiación solar es mayor que la de diseño se dejaría de utilizar parte del campo solar, ya que el generador y la turbina sobrepasarían su potencia asignada. El sistema propuesto aprovecha la fracción del campo solar no utilizado para generar vapor para accionar los principales auxiliares de la central, energía que de otro modo no sería aprovechada. Adicionalmente el rendimiento global del accionamiento de las bombas de servicios auxiliares es mejor al utilizar vapor para accionar las bombas a través de una turbobomba en lugar de accionarlas con motores eléctricos (motobombas).

L'invention permet d'incrémenter la puissance électrique nette fournie au réseau par des centrales thermosolaires du type collecteur cylindro-parabolique, par utilisation de manière efficace du champ solaire, générant ainsi de la vapeur pour actionner les principaux auxiliaires à l'aide de turbines à vapeur (turbopompes), ce qui diminue la consommation électrique des services auxiliaires et augmente la puissance électrique nette. Les jours où le rayonnement solaire est plus important que celui prévu à la conception, l'utilisation d'une partie du champ solaire cesse, étant donné que le générateur et la turbine dépassent leur puissance assignée. Le système proposé tire profit de la fraction du champ solaire non utilisé pour générer de la vapeur afin d'actionner les principaux auxiliaires de la centrale, énergie qui serait autrement perdue. En outre, le rendement global de l'actionnement des pompes de services auxiliaires est meilleur lors de l'utilisation de vapeur pour actionner les pompes au moyen d'une turbopompe au lieu de les actionner à l'aide de moteurs électriques (motopompes).
