(EN)The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite material connecting rod (24), said method including the steps of: manufacturing a mandrel (22) including a sleeve (24) made of a composite material and composite material solid inserts (26, 27) rigidly connected to the ends of said sleeve (24) to form a rigid whole; applying one or more layers of braided fibres (23) around said mandrel (22) using a fibre-braiding machine; injecting a resin into the layer or layers of braided fibres (23) establishing a cohesion rigidly binding the layers of braided fibres (23) and at least the ends of the mandrel (22) in order to form a composite material connecting rod body having reinforced ends (28, 29); boring at each end (28, 29) of the connecting rod body to make a hole (31, 32) passing through the layers of braided fibres as well as the through the insert (26). The invention can be used in the aeronautical field.
(FR)L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'une bielle (21) en matériau composite, ce procédé comprenant les étapes de : fabrication d'un mandrin (22) comprenant un manchon (24) en matériau composite et des inserts (26, 27) massifs en matériau composite solidarisées aux extrémités de ce manchon (24) pour constituer un tout rigide; application d'une ou plusieurs couches de fibres tressées (23) autour de ce mandrin (22) avec une machine de tressage de fibres; injection d'une résine dans la ou les couches de fibres tressées (23) établissant une cohésion liant rigidement les couches de fibres tressées (23) et au moins les extrémités du mandrin (22) afin de former un corps de bielle en matériau composite ayant des extrémités (28, 29) renforcées; perçage pour réaliser à chaque extrémité (28, 29) du corps de bielle un trou (31, 32) traversant les couches de fibres tressées ainsi que l'insert (26). L'invention s'applique au domaine aéronautique.
