Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for removing heavy metal ions from highly concentrated, heavy metal-containing, strongly acidic solutions containing a percentage of sulfate, comprising a bioreactor having sulfate-reducing bacteria, wherein the sulfides produced in the bioreactor from the sulfate-containing solution are fed to a mixing container (MB1), wherein hydrogen sulfide (H2S) present in the mixing container (MB1) is fed by way of a carrier gas to a second mixing container (MB2) to which untreated waste water is fed, wherein a separator (FR4) for the precipitation of metal sulfides is connected downstream of the second mixing container (MB2), wherein substantially pure sulfuric acid (H2SO4) is withdrawn from the precipitation reactor (FR4).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'élimination d'ions de métaux lourds de solutions fortement acides, hautement concentrées, contenant des métaux lourds, avec une fraction de sulfate, comprenant un bioréacteur avec des bactéries réduisant le sulfate, les sulfures produits dans le bioréacteur à partir de la solution contenant du sulfate étant acheminés vers un récipient mélangeur (MB1), l'acide sulfhydrique (H2S) se trouvant dans le récipient mélangeur (MB1) étant acheminé au moyen d'un gaz porteur vers un deuxième récipient mélangeur (MB2) vers lequel l'eau résiduaire non traitée est acheminée, un séparateur (FR4) pour la précipitation de sulfures métalliques étant placé en aval du deuxième récipient mélangeur (MB2), de l'acide sulfurique (H2SO4) essentiellement pur étant soutiré du réacteur de précipitation (FR4).
(DE) Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Entfernung von Schwermetallionen aus hoch konzentrierten, schwermetallhaltigen, stark sauren Lösungen mit einem Anteil an Sulfat, umfassend einen Bioreaktor mit Sulfat reduzierenden Bakterien, wobei die im Bioreaktor aus der sulfathaltigen Lösung erzeugten Sulfide einem Mischbehälter (MB1) zugeführt werden, wobei mittels eines Trägergases im Mischbehälter (MB1) befindlicher Schwefelwasserstoff (H2S) einem zweiten Mischbehälter (MB2) zugeführt wird, dem unbehandeltes Abwasser zuführt wird, wobei dem zweiten Mischbehälter (MB2) ein Abscheider (FR4) zur Fällung von Metallsulfiden nachgeordnet ist, wobei aus dem Fällungsreaktor (FR4) im Wesentlichen reine Schwefelsäure (H2SO4) abgezogen wird.
