Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device for determining the water content of a test object (1), said device comprising at least one measurement radiation source (2) and at least one reference radiation source (4) which sources are directed onto a surface (10) of the test object, and at least one detector element (3) for measuring the intensity of the radiation reflected by the surface of the test object. When in use, the at least one measurement radiation source (2), the at least one reference radiation source (4) and the at least one detector element (3) are arranged directly opposite the surface (10) of the test object. A device for the application of air or gas pressure can be used to produce a respective forced-movement air or gas atmosphere in the region of the beam path between the at least tone measurement radiation source (2) and the surface (10) of the test object, between the at least one reference radiation source and the surface (10) of the test object and between the surface (10) of the test object and the at least one detector element (3).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif pour déterminer la teneur en eau d'un objet sous test (1), comportant au moins une source de rayonnement de mesure (2) et au moins une source de rayonnement de référence (4) qui sont orientées vers une surface (10) de l'objet sous test (1), et au moins un élément détecteur (3) pour mesurer l'intensité du rayonnement reflété en retour par la surface de l'objet sous test. Lors de leur utilisation, la source de rayonnement de mesure (2), la source de rayonnement de référence (4) et l'élément détecteur (3) sont agencés de manière à être directement opposés à la surface (10) de l'objet sous test. Un dispositif servant à appliquer de l'air ou du gaz sous pression permet de produire une atmosphère d'air ou de gaz à mouvement forcé dans la zone de trajet optique respectivement située entre la source de rayonnement de mesure (2) et la surface (10) de l'objet sous test, entre la source de rayonnement de référence (4) et la surface (10) de l'objet sous test et entre la surface (10) de l'objet sous test et l'élément détecteur (3).
(DE) Vorrichtung zur Bestimmung des Wassergehalts eines Messobjekts (1) mit zumindest einer Mess-Strahlungsquelle (2) und zumindest einer Referenz-Strahlungsquelle (4), die auf eine Messobjektoberfläche (10) gerichtet sind, sowie zumindest einem Detektorelement (3) zur Messung der Intensität der von der Messobjektoberfläche zurückreflektierten Strahlung, wobei bei Verwendung die zumindest eine Mess-Strahlungsquelle (2), die zumindest eine Referenz-Strahlungsquelle (4) und das zumindest eine Detektorelement (3) unmittelbar der Messobjektoberfläche (10) gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, und wobei eine Vorrichtung zur Druckbeaufschlagung mit Luft- oder Gas vorgesehen ist, mit der im Bereich des Strahlenganges jeweils zwischen der zumindest einen Mess-Strahlungsquelle (2) und der Messobjektoberfläche (10), zwischen der zumindest einen Referenz-Strahlungsquelle (4) und der Messobjektoberfläche (10) sowie zwischen der Messobjektoberfläche (10) und dem zumindest einen Detektorelement (3) eine zwangsbewegte Luft- oder Gasatmosphäre erzeugbar ist.
