Abstract:
(EN) A wireless communication device, a wireless communication system and a method of allocating a time slot during peer to peer communication over a millimeter wave wireless channel. The allocation of the time slot is done by truncating a channel time allocated time slot and releasing a truncated channel time allocation time slot for communication without a piconet network controller intervention and dynamically allocating a contention access period utilizing the released channel time of the allocated time.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de communication sans fil, un système de communication sans fil et un procédé servant à attribuer un intervalle temporel pendant une communication poste à poste sur un canal sans fil à ondes millimétriques. L'attribution de l'intervalle temporel est effectuée en tronquant un intervalle temporel attribué à un temps de canal et en libérant un intervalle temporel d'attribution à un temps de canal tronqué pour une communication sans l'intervention d'une unité de commande de picoréseau ainsi qu'en attribuant de façon dynamique une période d'accès de collision utilisant le temps de canal libéré du temps attribué.
