Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a cell sensor, and to a monitoring method using same for the real-time monitoring of cell capacitance, and more particularly, the present invention relates to a cell sensor and to a monitoring method using same that are capable of monitoring an endocytosis process of a biomolecule through a cell surface receptor by attaching a cell between electrodes and performing a real-time measurement of the capacitance between the electrodes over time. According to an example of the present invention, a cell sensor for the real-time monitoring of cell capacitance comprises: a substrate, and a first electrode and a second electrode formed on the substrate and spaced apart from one another and between which at least one or more cells are attached; and a passivation layer formed on the top of the first electrode and of the second electrode, respectively, for preventing the cell from attaching to the top of the first electrode and of the second electrode. A cell sensor for the real-time monitoring of cell capacitance and a monitoring method using same for the real-time monitoring of a cell condition according to an example of the present invention has the effect of being able to perform an endocytosis process of a biomolecule through a cell surface receptor, by attaching a cell having a receptor of a certain biomolecule between electrodes and performing a real-time measurement of the capacitance between the electrodes over time.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un capteur cellulaire et à un procédé de surveillance utilisant ce capteur pour surveiller en temps réel la capacitance cellulaire, et plus particulièrement à un capteur cellulaire ainsi qu'à un procédé de surveillance utilisant ce capteur qui sont capables de surveiller un processus d'endocytose d'une biomolécule par le biais d'un récepteur de surface cellulaire, une cellule étant fixée entre des électrodes, et la capacitance entre les électrodes étant mesurée en temps réel au fil du temps. Selon un exemple de la présente invention, un capteur cellulaire destiné à la surveillance en temps réel de la capacitance cellulaire comprend : un substrat ainsi qu'une première et une seconde électrode qui se trouvent sur le substrat, qui sont espacées et entre lesquelles sont fixées une ou plusieurs cellules ; et une couche de passivation qui est placée sur le dessus de la première et de la seconde électrode pour empêcher respectivement la cellule de se fixer sur le dessus de la première et de la seconde électrode. Le capteur cellulaire destiné à la surveillance en temps réel de la capacitance cellulaire et le procédé de surveillance utilisant ce capteur pour la surveillance en temps réel d'un état cellulaire qui sont conformes à un exemple de la présente invention ont pour effet d'être capables de réaliser un processus d'endocytose d'une biomolécule par le biais d'un récepteur de surface cellulaire, car une cellule qui possède un récepteur correspondant à une certaine biomolécule est fixée entre les électrodes, et la capacitance entre les électrodes est mesurée en temps réel au fil du temps.
(KO) 본 발명은 세포의 커패시턴스를 실시간으로 모니터링하는 셀센서 및 이를 이용한 모니터링 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 전극 사이에 세포를 부착하여 시간의 경과에 따라 전극 간의 커패시턴스를 실시간으로 측정함으로써 생체 분자가 세포 표면의 수용체를 통해 엔도시토시스 되는 과정을 모니터링 할 수 있는 셀센서 및 이를 이용한 모니터링 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일례에 따른 세포의 커패시턴스를 실시간으로 모니터링하는 셀센서는 기판, 상기 기판상에 서로 이격되어 형성되며, 상기 이격된 공간에 주입된 적어도 하나 이상의 세포가 부착되도록 하는 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극; 및 상기 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극 각각의 상부에 형성되어 상기 세포가 상기 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극의 상부에 부착되는 것을 방지하기 위한 패시베이션 레이어를 포함한다. 본 발명의 일례에 따른 세포의 커패시턴스를 실시간으로 모니터링하는 셀센서 및 이를 이용한 세포의 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링하는 방법은 전극 사이에 특정 생체 분자의 수용체를 가지는 세포를 부착시킨 뒤 시간의 경과에 따라 전극 간의 커패시턴스를 실시간으로 측정함으로써 생체 분자가 세포 표면의 수용체를 통하여 엔도시토시스 되는 과정을 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
