(EN)The present invention relates to a cooking appliance control method. In an example of the present invention, the cooking appliance control method comprises the steps of: generating radiant heat and convective heat to be supplied to a cooking chamber, by means of a heating source; and operating a steam generator in order to generate steam to be supplied to the cooking chamber. In this control method, if a signal for starting the operation of the steam generator is input before the operation of the heating source has started, the operation of the steam generator starts at a predetermined time regardless of the time at which the operation of the heating source starts, whereas, if the signal for starting the operation of the steam generator is input after the operation of the heating source has started, it starts at the time at which the signal for the operation of the steam generator is input. Consequently, the present invention has the advantage that meals can be cooked using steam in a relatively efficient and safe fashion.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande d'un appareil de cuisson. Dans un exemple cité dans l'invention, le procédé de commande d'un appareil de cuisson consiste à : produire de la chaleur radiante et de la chaleur convective à appliquer à une chambre de cuisson, au moyen d'une source de chaleur; et faire fonctionner un générateur de vapeur afin de produire de la vapeur destinée à alimenter la chambre de cuisson. Dans le cadre de ce procédé, si un signal destiné à faire démarrer le fonctionnement du générateur de vapeur est émis avant la mise en fonctionnement de la source de chaleur, le fonctionnement du générateur de vapeur débute à un instant prédéterminé quelque soit l'instant de mise en fonctionnement de la source de chaleur, alors que si le signal destiné à faire démarrer le générateur de vapeur est émis après la mise en fonctionnement de la source de chaleur, le fonctionnement du générateur de vapeur débute au moment où le signal destiné à le faire démarrer est émis. En conséquence, l'invention permet avantageusement de cuire des mets à la vapeur d'une manière relativement efficace et sûre.
