Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a polyolefin-based multilayer microporous film which can be used as a battery separator, and to a method for producing the film. The polyolefin-based multilayer microporous film according to the present invention comprises: at least one layer comprising 90 to 100 wt % of polyethylene with a melting point of 130 to 140°C; at least one other layer comprising 20 wt % or more of a heat-resistant resin; and 80 wt % or less of a filler selected from an organic filler, an inorganic filler, and a mixture thereof. The heat-resistant resin is preferably a semicrystalline polymer or an amorphous polymer. The semicrystalline polymer preferably has a degree of crystallinity of 10 to 45 % or a content heat of fusion of 20 to 90 J/g, a crystal melting temperature of 145 to 250°C, and a glass transition temperature of -100 to 90°C. The amorphous polymer has no crystals, and preferably has a glass transition temperature of 90 to 120°C.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet un film microporeux multicouche à base de polyoléfine qui peut être utilisé en tant que séparateur de batterie, et un procédé de production du film. Le film microporeux multicouche à base de polyoléfine selon la présente invention comprend : au moins une couche comprenant de 90 à 100 % en poids de polyéthylène ayant un point de fusion compris entre 130 et 140 °C ; au moins une autre couche comprenant 20 % en poids ou plus d'une résine thermorésistante ; et 80 % en poids ou moins d'une charge choisie parmi une charge organique, une charge inorganique, et un mélange de celles-ci. La résine thermorésistante est de préférence un polymère semi-cristallin ou un polymère amorphe. Le polymère semi-cristallin présente de préférence un degré de cristallinité de 10 à 45 % ou une chaleur de fusion comprise entre 20 et 90 J/g, une température de fusion cristalline comprise entre 145 et 250 °C, et une température de transition vitreuse comprise entre -100 et 90 °C. Le polymère amorphe ne présente pas de cristaux, et possède de préférence une température de transition vitreuse comprise entre 90 et 120 °C.
(KO) 본 발명은 전지용 분리막으로 사용될 수 있는 폴리올레핀계 다층 미세다공막과 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리올레핀계 다층 미세다공막의 적어도 한층은 녹는 온도 130~140℃인 폴리에틸렌을 90~100중량%를 포함하고, 적어도 다른 한층은 내열수지를 20중량%이상 포함하며 유기필러, 무기필러 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 필러는 80중량%이하 포함한다. 이들 내열수지는 반결정성고분자 또는 무정형고분자가 적당하며 반결정성고분자는 결정화도가 10~45%이거나 용융열함량이 20~90J/g이며, 결정의 녹는 온도는 145~250℃이며 유리전이온도가 -100~90℃이고, 무정형고분자는 결정이 없으며 유리전이온도가 90~120℃인 것이 좋다.
