Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an active vibration damper having a new structure, which can respond to demands such as the change of an additional mass body without the need for great design change, suppress the change of the spring characteristic caused by the change of the additional mass body, dimension error, and the like, and achieve stabilization of the sealing function of a housing. Also provided is a method for manufacturing the same. A linear actuator (12) is configured to be able to operate alone by providing an inner shaft part (40) in a movable element (16), providing an outer cylinder part (18) in a stator (14), and elastically linking both sides in the axial direction of the inner shaft part (40) and the outer cylinder part (18) by a pair of leaf springs (42, 44). The inner shaft part (40) and the outer cylinder part (16) are linked by elastic link rubber (48), and a mass body affixing part (75) for attaching an additional mass body (76) disposed outside the elastic link rubber (48) is provided to the inner shaft part (40). A housing (66) is formed on the outer peripheral side of the elastic link rubber (48) so as to have an axially split structure in which respective openings are secured to each other with an annular seal (58) interposed therebetween.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un amortisseur de vibrations actif présentant une nouvelle structure qui peut répondre aux demandes telles que le changement d'un corps de masse supplémentaire sans avoir besoin de changer de manière significative la conception, supprimer le changement de la caractéristique du ressort dû au changement du corps de masse supplémentaire, une erreur de dimension et similaire, et obtenir la stabilisation de la fonction d'étanchéité d'un boîtier. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication dudit amortisseur. Un actionneur linéaire (12) est configuré pour pouvoir fonctionner seul en proposant une pièce d'arbre interne (40) dans un élément mobile (16), en proposant une pièce de cylindre externe (18) dans un stator (14), et reliant de manière élastique les deux côtés dans la direction axiale de la pièce d'arbre interne (40) et la pièce de cylindre externe (18) par une paire de ressorts à lames (42, 44). La pièce d'arbre interne (40) et la pièce de cylindre externe (16) sont reliées par une liaison en caoutchouc élastique (48) et une pièce de fixation de corps de masse (75) destinée à fixer un corps de masse supplémentaire (76) disposé à l'extérieur de la liaison en caoutchouc élastique (48) est prévue au niveau de la pièce d'arbre interne (40). Un boîtier (66) est formé sur le côté périphérique externe de la liaison en caoutchouc élastique (48) de façon à avoir une structure fendue axialement dans laquelle des ouvertures respectives sont fixées les unes aux autres avec un joint annulaire (58) intercalé entre elles.
(JA)  付加質量体の変更等の要求に対して、大幅な設計変更を要することなく対応出来ると共に、付加質量体の変更や寸法誤差等に起因するばね特性の変化が抑えられ、更にハウジングのシール機能の安定化も図られる、新規な構造の能動型制振器とその製造方法を提供すること。 インナ軸部40を可動子16に設けると共にアウタ筒部18を固定子14に設けて、インナ軸部40とアウタ筒部18における軸方向両側を一対の板ばね42,44で弾性連結することにより、リニアアクチュエータ12を単体で作動可能に構成する。弾性連結ゴム48でインナ軸部40とアウタ筒部16を連結すると共に、弾性連結ゴム48よりも外方に配設される付加質量体76を取り付けるための質量体固定部75をインナ軸部40に設ける。ハウジング66を、弾性連結ゴム48の外周側において各開口部が環状シール58を挟んで互いに固着される軸方向の分割構造で形成する。
