Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for producing a carbon material for an electric double layer capacitor electrode which has low internal resistance and high capacitance per unit volume. The method for producing a carbon material for an electric double layer capacitor electrode is characterized in that an activated carbon, which has a BET specific surface area of 1,500-3,000 m2/g and a pore diameter corresponding to the maximum value in the pore size distribution as determined by the MP method within the range of 1-2 nm, is produced by using an easily-graphitizable carbon material as the starting material and activating the easily-graphitizable carbon material with three or more alkali metal compounds.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau de carbone pour une électrode de condensateur à couche double électrique, lequel matériau présente une résistance interne faible et une capacité élevée par unité de volume. Le procédé de fabrication d'un matériau de carbone pour une électrode de condensateur à couche double électrique est caractérisé en ce qu'un charbon actif, qui présente une aire de surface spécifique BET de 1 500 à 3 000 m2/g et un diamètre de pore correspondant à la valeur maximale dans la dissolution de dimension de pore, telle que déterminée par le procédé MP, se trouvant à l'intérieur de la plage 1 à 2 nm, est fabriqué en utilisant, comme matériau de départ, un matériau de carbone facilement graphitisable et activation du matériau de carbone facilement graphitisable avec au moins trois composés de métal alcalin.
(JA)  内部抵抗値が小さく、単位体積当たりの静電容量の大きい電気二重層キャパシタ電極用炭素材の製造方法として、易黒鉛化性炭素材料を原料とし、3種以上のアルカリ金属化合物を用いて賦活処理することにより、BET比表面積が1500~3000m/g、かつMP法による細孔径分布における最大値を与える細孔直径の範囲が1~2nmの活性炭を製造することを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ電極用炭素材の製造方法が提供される。
