Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a thermal barrier coating material which has more excellent high-temperature crystal stability than that of YSZ, and which exhibits high toughness and thermal barrier effect. Also provided are a thermal barrier coating which has a ceramic layer formed using the thermal barrier coating material and which exhibits excellent durability in terms of heat cycle, and a turbine member and a gas turbine which are each provided with the thermal barrier coating. The thermal barrier coating material comprises, as the main component, ZrO2 which contains both Yb2O3 and Sm2O3 as stabilizers, the total contents of the stabilizers being 2 to 7mol% and the content of Sm2O3 being 0.1 to 2.5mol%.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un matériau de revêtement barrière thermique qui présente une stabilité cristalline à haute température encore plus excellente que celle du zirconium stabilisé à l'yttrium (YSZ), et qui présente une ténacité élevée et un effet de barrière thermique élevé. L'invention porte également sur un revêtement barrière de thermique qui comprend une couche céramique formée à l'aide du matériau de revêtement barrière thermique et qui présente une excellente durabilité pour ce qui est du cycle thermique, et sur un élément de turbine et sur une turbine à gaz qui comportent chacun le revêtement barrière thermique. Le matériau de revêtement barrière thermique comprend, en tant que composant principal, ZrO2 qui contient à la fois Yb2O3 et Sm2O3 en tant que stabilisateurs, les teneurs totales des stabilisateurs étant de 2 à 7 % en moles et la teneur de Sm2O3 étant de 0,1 à 2,5 % en moles.
(JA)  YSZよりも高温結晶安定性に優れ、高靭性且つ高い熱遮蔽効果を有する遮熱コーティング用材料を提供することを目的とする。また、該遮熱コーティング用材料を用いて形成されたセラミックス層を有する熱サイクル耐久性に優れた遮熱コーティング、並びに、該遮熱コーティングを備えるタービン用部材及びガスタービンを提供することを目的とする。遮熱コーティング用材料は、安定化剤としてYb及びSmを含有するZrOを主とし、前記安定化剤の含有量が2mol%以上7mol%以下であり、前記Smの含有量が、0.1mol%以上2.5mol%以下である。
